South Korean actor Nam Joo Hyuk's agency has refuted a new allegation of school violence against the celebrity by a second accuser.

Recently, a person, who claimed to have been bullied by the actor during their school days, gave an interview to a media outlet about the alleged experience. Following that, Management SOOP, Hyuk's agency, denied the allegations firmly and some days later announced that they had taken legal course against the source, the reporter, as well as the publication, where the interview was published.

Now, a different media outlet has published an interview with a second person who has also made similar allegations against the actor. The accuser claimed to have been in high school together with the actor and also said he had been made a victim of school violence by Hyuk and his friends.

The new accuser, who had not spoken to any reporters until now or made any social media posts regarding their experience, has now said that they decided to reveal everything after seeing the plight of the first accuser, who was their classmate.

The second accuser also disclosed that in addition to bullying them into doing errands, Hyuk also forced them frequently to switch on their smartphone data hotspot against their will. Furthermore, the actor also took their smartphones constantly to purchase paid games and in-game items.

According to the second accuser, Nam Joo Hyuk had possession of his smartphone more often than he did. The former classmate further said that since his parents were the ones who had to make the payments for the games and in-game items that Hyuk bought on his phone, he asked the actor for the money to pay for them. However, Hyuk only responded by saying why he would give it and in the end, the second accuser never received the payment.

The second accuser also said that if any of the accused would turn down the requests of Nam Joo Hyuk or did something that did not please him, then the actor and his friends would gang up by forming a ring against the bullied and make them forcibly fight someone from the group.

Moreover, since the second accuser did not want to go on fighting they would have to choose to get the one-sided-beatings in those situations. Now, Management SOOP has again officially denied the new allegations made by the second accuser saying that they have checked the allegations and they are groundless.
