TWICE's Nayeon, Momo and Jihyo Build Billion-Won Real Estate Portfolios as Group Enters 11th Year
TWICE members are emerging as major celebrity real estate buyers, with Nayeon, Momo and Jihyo purchasing luxury properties worth billions of won in some of Seoul's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Nayeon recently bought a building and land in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, for 9.5 billion won. Combined with the 3.936 billion won Brighton N40 residence she purchased in 2024, her publicly known real estate purchases now total roughly 13.4 billion won.
Momo reportedly paid 4.27 billion won entirely in cash for a luxury villa at Arcadia Signature in Guri's affluent Achiul Village, while TWICE leader Jihyo purchased a luxury residence in Seoul's trendy Seongsu-dong for around 4 billion won in 2024.
A real estate industry official said top K-pop stars often accumulate substantial cash at a young age and favor high-end residences and smaller commercial buildings with potential for long-term appreciation.
The investments come as TWICE marks its 11th year following years of global touring and success in markets including North America.
Meanwhile, attention is also turning to TWICE's future, with the members reportedly negotiating a second contract renewal with JYP Entertainment as Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung move forward with individual activities.
