BLACKPINK's Jennie just turned 26 (international age) on Sunday and here are some moments to show that the singer is a loving soul who adores her band's co-members.

1) Jennie supported Lisa on her solo debut

Jennie supported the individual endeavors of the BLACKPINK maknae, Thai-born Lalisa Manoban, popularly known as Lisa. She showed the support through her Instagram handle by posting a video of her dancing, along with Jisoo and Rosé, to Lisa's debut song "LALISA". She also added the hashtag #lalisachallenge to the post.

2) Jennie was seen speaking in Thai to promote Thai-born Lisa's performance

After a splendid stage performance by Lisa, Jennie made a heartfelt speech in Thai for her. She also made the maknae emotional by saying "You are my baby sister" during the same speech.

3) Jennie has always encouraged BLACKPINK's Unnie Jisoo to speak more in English

Jisoo has often praised Jennie for encouraging her to improve her communication and speaking skills in English. Jennie has been seen on various VLives motivating the shy Unnie to converse in English with international fans.

Many times she has also translated English comments of fans to Korean so that Jisoo can understand. In the past, Jennie has also proudly said that she was happy to see Jisoo's growing confidence in English.

4. Jennie has shown support for Jisoo's "Snowdrop" performance

During the Korean drama "Snowdrop"'s press conference and premiere, Jennie has expressed excitement for Jisoo, who is the lead actress of the series, by posting Instagram stories about BLACKPINK's unnie and her k-drama.

5) Jennie uploaded group photos of BLACKPINK on her second Instagram account

The K-pop idol has two Instagram handles, one which is the public account with 61 million followers and the other one is a more natural account. The latter also comprises self-portraits as well as group photos of BLACKPINK.

Kim Jennie, which is the singer's full name, was born on January 16, 1996. An only child, she was born to a family residing in the Cheongdam-dong area of Seoul, South Korea.

She is popularly also called YG Princess and had five years and 100 months of training before making a debut with BLACKPINK.
