Melon Music Awards 2020 To Be Held This December
The upcoming awards show of the renowned Melon Music Awards will take place before the year ends, the organizing committee announced.

Due to the agitating restriction imposed by the South Korean government on mass gatherings, this year's Melon Music Awards chose to go online despite compromising the flow. Having that said, the expected in-live event by fans will no longer be graced by audiences and the artists.
The awards show will commence on December 1 and will be aired live to the online stage, as per Hellokpop.
Furthermore, the Melon Music Awards 2020 will be shown live on Melon, KakaoTalk, KakaoTV, 1theK, Daum, and other major streaming platforms.
The flow of the upcoming awards show
Amid the COVID-19 global pandemic, the organizing committee of MMA established a game plan that uplifts the artists and the viewers' interaction. The awards show hails new methods and processes that will make the viewers crisp the realistic feeling of being on the event live.
The new methods will incorporate the signature ways of MMA in presenting the awards and activities that will indeed not leave out the said event's culture.
Moreover, this year's Melon Music Awards will showcase the K-culture brought by K-pop as the fans and viewers will continuously be provided with substantial texts and concepts.
For this year, the awards are based on the vast data recorded by Melon. The matter is different from Melon's used to culture in establishing the winners from the fans' votes and expert analysis.
From December 2 to December 5, MMA will showcase impressive playlists, video clips, magazines, and stories from different artists to celebrate MMA Week. The highly-anticipated video teaser for the forthcoming awards show will make its way online this coming November 6.
