SuperM newest album, and also its first full-length album, entitled Super One, has impressively landed on Billboard 200.

In a report by Soompi, Billboard made known on October 4 that SuperM's first studio album Super One had dominated the renowned Top 200 Albums chart. In particular, SuperM bagged the second rank of the most famous and in-demand albums in the United States of America.

Furthermore, Billboard announced that Super One hails a whopping earning of 104,000 from the album sols dates a week, concluding on October 2. The said earning bottles up a sale of 101,000 physical albums and 2,00 digital and streaming units. Additionally, SuperM gained a massive 5.2 million streams of the album on its first week of release.

The album

Super One is the first studio album of the K-pop Avengers, SuperM. It was recently dropped on September 25 under Capitol Records and SM Entertainment.

Three tracks that comprise the album were pre-released by the K-pop group, namely 100, With You, Tiger Inside, and One (Monster & Infinity).

The traditional edition of Super One comes in five distinct versions, with three units and two group versions.

The new music release of SuperM was announced by the group's home management and recording label, SM Entertainment, on August 5. The entertainment agency also revealed that the K-pop band's comeback comes with two digital singles.

100 was dropped on August 14, while Tiger Inside was released on September 1. Along with the full album release, the group also released the music video for One (Monster & Infinity).

Critic's thoughts of SuperM's first studio album

The Recording Academy's Tamar Herman stated that Super One is a collection of music that serves as an encouragement as the world is still enduring the agitating global pandemic.

"We believe that it is very appropriate for the situation that the whole world is going through, the message that we have," member Marks said. He added that they aim to spread positivity to their fans worldwide and bring the feeling of hope to the album's listeners.
