Speculations are rife regarding the debut status of Ah-Hyun from the upcoming girl group, BabyMonster.

On September 17th, YG Entertainment released online photos of the soon-to-debut BabyMonster. The shared images capture six members of BabyMonster attending and cheering at a concert of their senior girl group, BLACKPINK.

However, fans who saw the photos expressed concerns as Ah-Hyun, who was previously confirmed as a BabyMonster member, was noticeably absent.

Ah-Hyun has been out of the public eye since July, neither appearing on BabyMonster's official social media nor being spotted in public. This has already been a cause for concern among fans. Her absence from the recent BLACKPINK concert has further fueled rumors that there might be changes to the debut lineup.

It's customary for soon-to-debut artists to attend the concerts of their senior groups, especially when all members except Ah-Hyun were present. This has heightened the concerns of many fans eagerly awaiting Ah-Hyun's debut.

Adding to the uncertainty, YG Entertainment, which had previously announced BabyMonster's debut for September, has yet to release any further updates on the group. Given YG's history of delaying the debut dates for groups like WINNER, iKON, and TREASURE, it remains uncertain when BabyMonster will officially debut.

BabyMonster, set to be YG Entertainment's first girl group to debut after BLACKPINK in nearly seven years, has confirmed seven members (Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Haram, Rora, and Chiquita) through their debut reality show. They have already garnered significant attention from fans. Their pre-debut song, "DREAM," even topped the Billboard 'Hot Trending Songs' chart.

Notably, Ah-Hyun received widespread acclaim from global fans during the BabyMonster survival program 'Last Evaluation' episode 7, where she covered Charlie Puth's 'Dangerously'. She has been considered a core member of BabyMonster, making her potential debut status even more anticipated.
