A commemorative space has been set up at Namhansanseong Palace to honor the late ASTRO member, Moonbin, who passed away at the tender age of 25.

Fantagio, the managing company, posted on their official fan club on the 4th, "We express our profound gratitude to Aroha who visited the Sky Park until Moonbin's 49th day ceremony, remembered the most brilliant moments of Moonbin, shared their sorrow, and offered comfort."

The company further stated, "We fully empathize with Aroha's heartfelt wish to honor Moonbin for a longer period. After long and careful discussions with the family, we have prepared an external memorial space to allow Aroha, who has always given unwavering love, to greet Moonbin warmly for a longer time."

Among the famous temples, the Palace, established in 1624 during the construction of Namhansanseong, is one of the seven temples. It is located in Namhansanseong-ro, Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province.

Fantagio explained, "The road to the Palace is uphill and narrow, which may be inconvenient, but we sincerely hope that it becomes a space where Aroha can visit at any time, soothe their hearts, and receive comfort."

According to Fantagio, Moonbin was not a Buddhist, but at the request of the family, a 'Moon's Space' was created at one place in Namhansanseong Palace. The space is scheduled to operate for a long time starting from 5:30 am on the 7th.

Meanwhile, Moonbin, who made his face known as 'Little TVXQ' by playing young Yunho in the 2006 music video of TVXQ's 'Balloon', made his debut as a group ASTRO in 2016 and continued his activities as a singer until he passed away on April 19 at the age of 25.

This is Fantagio.

First of all, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Aroha who visited the Sky Park until the 49th day of the late Moonbin, remembered the most brilliant moments of Moonbin, and comforted each other.

We fully empathize with Aroha's heartfelt wish to honor Moonbin for a longer time. After long and careful discussions with the family, we have prepared an external memorial space to allow Aroha, who has always given unwavering love, to greet Moonbin warmly for a longer time. Although Moonbin was not a Buddhist, at the request of the family, we created a 'Moon's Space' at one place in Namhansanseong Palace, which will be operated long term starting from 5:30 am on June 7, 2023. We sincerely hope that Aroha can visit at any time, soothe their hearts, and receive comfort, despite the uphill and narrow road to the Palace.

We express our deepest gratitude to all Arohas who have always been with ASTRO.
