BLACKPINK's Jennie and BTS's V have remained silent amidst repeated dating rumors. This response is unlike the denial of the dating rumors involving BLACKPINK's Rosé and actor Kang Dong-won, where YG Entertainment asserted "it's not true."

Recently, a video suggesting a date between V and Jennie has circulated online. The video, captured in Paris, France, shows a hat-wearing couple holding hands and walking together.

Especially noticeable is the presence of individuals looking like staff members following the couple, leading netizens to speculate that the pair in the video are indeed V and Jennie.

However, both V's and Jennie's respective agencies have not made any official statements concerning this matter. This stance is consistent with their previous silence since dating rumors first emerged due to a sighting in Jeju Island last May.

Last year, when Jennie and V's private photos were leaked, YG Entertainment declared that the photos circulated online were released illegally without their consent. They vowed to take legal action but made no mention of the dating rumors.

Throughout this time, YG Entertainment has been avoiding making official statements not only about Jennie and V, but also other artists including Lee Chan-hyuk, fromis_9's Lee Sae-rom, and G-Dragon and Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara, citing "the artists' private lives."

However, the company firmly denied rumors involving BLACKPINK's Jisoo and Son Heung-min, and 2NE1's CL and Winner's Song Min-ho, labeling them 'groundless.'

Moreover, last month, YG Entertainment initially stated that they could not confirm the rumors about BLACKPINK's Rosé and Kang Dong-won, but reversed their position half a day later, denying the rumors. This seems to have been an attempt to protect Rosé and Kang Dong-won, who were facing humiliation due to the '16-year age gap' rumor.

Given these precedents, netizens are interpreting YG Entertainment's stance on "the artists' private lives" as an implicit acknowledgment of the romantic relationship.
