The actor expressed that he got some realistic advice from Yoo Jae Suk during the ceremony, saying that he should be careful because the award could still become controversial, and thanking Kwang Soo for mentioning his drama.

Lee Kwang Soo admitted that he was a bit disappointed that though many people liked their film, others still could not watch it. Some senior actors told him that they hadn't watched the movie yet, but they'll find time to view it.

In the interview, Lee Kwang Soo was asked if the comment of Yoo Jae Suk in the awarding had been a joke, and Lee Kwang Soo replied with a laugh that it was half joke and half sincere. Because of social distancing, they were all sitting apart, but Yoo Jae Suk was still seated next to him.

The actor expressed that it feels awkward for them to be saying "Congratulations" to each other that's why they did not say anything more. "I was happy getting an award along with Yoo Jae Suk."

And when asked if how long he would want to stay on 'Running Man,' he replied with a laugh that he'd keep on doing it until it got canceled.
