On May 9, T.O.P Media stated, "We are truly sorry to the fans and others who were upset by C.A.P's inappropriate behavior during his live broadcast." The agency added that C.A.P is currently reflecting deeply on his actions and feeling regretful for showing an inadequate side of himself.

T.O.P Media also took responsibility for the issue, acknowledging their shortcomings in managing their artist. They promised to pay extra attention to prevent such incidents from happening again.

During the live broadcast, C.A.P revealed that TEEN TOP's group contract would expire in July. In response, T.O.P Media explained that the matter was supposed to be discussed after TEEN TOP's activities had ended and that they would provide further information at a later date.
