Megastar K-pop idol V of BTS recently shared his plans for suing a YouTuber who has spread malicious rumors about several K-pop artists.

A member of the ARMY, which is the BTS fandom, took to Weverse, a global fan community platform, to share how a YouTuber was defaming various K-pop celebrities such as BTS, NCT, aespa, TXT, THE BOYZ, and more, by posting a YouTube screenshot.

Later on, V saw the post on Weverse and commented on it announcing his intention for suing the YouTuber on behalf of the other K-pop artists being maliciously targeted with rumors.

The beloved idol went on to say that he would proceed with the lawsuits, with which he could earn some snack money. V showed annoyance because the YouTuber mentioned his family and friends, and ended the post with a "Goodbye".

Fans who saw the intention of TaeTae (V's nickname by fans) made posts saying that the superstar shouldn't worry about it. However, V is adamant about his plans to sue the YouTuber and posted another comment related to the issue.

The singer said that he just skimmed through it and said that not only them but all artists hate people like that. He further added that all ARMY and fans may or may not have been monitoring the YouTube channel, but he would sue on behalf of those who got hurt but did not have enough courage.

Later, the identity of the YouTuber in question was revealed to be someone called Sojang. The channel has been criticized for creating sensational titles to get more views, as well as for excessively reducing and exaggerating its content. They had particularly targeted V with the claim that he was in a serious incident and caused a drunken ruckus.

Several fans are praising V's determined stance to sue the YouTuber, and wish that other similar channels would be deleted too this way.

Meanwhile, the YouTuber in question also responded to V's plan to file a lawsuit through their channel's community tab. The person was reportedly least remorseful for their actions.

They went on to write it as breaking news that V had personally mentioned the YouTube channel's name on YouTube and saw the videos. The person went on to say that V shouldn't have said snack money, which can make the lawsuit tougher but that's V.

The person was also said that how big could the channel get because it is the one and only drama channel that global idols BTS personally watches.
