A new BTS Museum has opened its doors at the HYBE Insight complex in South Korea and it's set to be a must-visit for any fan of the K-pop group.

Unveiled last May 14 at the Yongsan District, where HYBE's headquarter stands, the BTS Museum spans 4,700 square meters in space and delivers an immersive experience for any member of the ARMY. The museum is a sensory trip, where visitors may watch, listen and even smell all things BTS, as well as HYBE's other K-pop artists like TXT, Seventeen and ENHYPHEN.

The museum features a sound section where guests could see the various equipment used by the sound engineers to create the various hits of BTS. There is an interactive video explaining the process undertaken by these engineers.

A section called the Dynamic Movement, on the other hand, showcases the choreography and dance training of these K-pop stars. Photographs and motion displays explain the dance sequences.

The exhibit also sheds light on the lyrics and the messages of BTS's songs, while another section has been set up to titillate the guests' sense of smell. It features the different perfumes worn by the boys. Another display also gives out a certain "scent of the song" as the visitors step into the room.

According to Korean Times, Taiwanese American artist James Jean helped developed the BTS Museum with HYBE and the BTS. Jean has worked with the boys for the 2018 release of their single, "The Truth Untold."

The BTS Museum is open every Tuesday to Sunday and tickets are at about $20 per person, while fans may also receive a special photo package featuring their favorite BTS star for an additional fee. Advance reservations are encouraged as the entry is strictly managed and controlled to avoid crowding, while each ticket will allow the fans to tour the museum for a maximum of two hours.

The news of the opening comes as BTS dropped their second teasers for "Butter," their upcoming all-English song, which will debut on May 21. The boys are dressed to exude a rock and roll vibe.

Meanwhile, BTS could soon get their very own LEGO depiction as the creator is close to gaining 10,000 supporters for his LEGO Ideas. JBBrickFanatic submitted a LEGO design inspired by the band's "Dynamite" music video.

According to reports, it took just a week for the fan submission with LEGO to hit its targeted goal. The next step is to wait for the toy company to confirm that they will produce the said BTS toy during the second review stage. (Business Times)
