South Korean idol and the lead vocalist of BTS, Jimin, is the first and only Korean artist to possess two solo songs with more than 125 million streams on Spotify!

'Filter': BTS Jimin is record-setter

BTS Jimin, also known by his full name Park Ji-min, proves his title as the record maker as his solo music releases continue to wow fans with their streams. That said, BTS Jimin once again rakes the world's largest music streaming platform with two of his solo singles.

In particular, Spotify paves the way for BTS Jimin's Filter to hit 125 million streams on Spotify on February 8 (Monday). Filter is from the band's fourth full-length album entitled Map of the Soul: 7, hailing the 25-year-old K-pop idol to set another record on the platform.

With no hesitations, Jimin becomes the first and only Korean solo artist to surpass 125 million streams on Spotify with two songs on its name, as per Allkpop.

Furthermore, the Grammy-nominated artist's Filter is the fastest Korean solo song that was not promoted to hit 125 million streams on the platform.

It is also the fastest song by a Korean male artist to achieve the same impression of streams on Spotify. That said, the feat only took BTS Jimin 352 days to reach since Filter was released.

'Lie': BTS Jimin is unstoppable

Another masterpiece of BTS Jimin is his solo single titled Lie, which notably scored 126 million streams on the platform on the same day Filter finished 125 million streams. The song was made available in 2016 from the world's most phenomenal K-pop group's Wings album.

Meanwhile, BTS Jimin's solo song called Serendipity: Full-Length Edition holds 122 million streams on Spotify, adding another gem to the singer's Hall of Fame.

No doubt, BTS Jimin is an established world-class record maker and setter, starting from his music, fashion to his statements. Indeed, Jimin is a gem, to all aspects ARMYs can imagine.
