Having that said, the South Korean all-girl group's summery music video for Ice Cream with Disney alumni and 13 Reasons Why producer Selena Gomez has reached 400 million views. The collaboration music video has bagged the whopping view figures on Youtube on November 16 (Monday) at around 2 P.M., following South Korea's time zone.

In particular, Rose, Lisa, Jisoo, and Jennie, only took two months, 19 days, and hour to achieve the feat, proving their massive presence in the worldwide streaming platform.

Furthermore, ICE CREAM is YG Entertainment's girl group's eighth music video to earn 400 million views on Youtube. It follows the footsteps of its previous seven music videos that have achieved the feat, namely Playing With Fire, Whistle, DDU-DU DDU-DU, Kill This Love, As If It's Your Last, BOOMBAYAH, and How You Like That.

The K-pop quartet's music video of BLACKPINK featuring Selena Gomez was dropped on August 28, 2020, on its official Youtube channel. It was helmed by Seo Hyun-seong, which is the regular director of BLACKPINK's music videos.

Upon its release, the music video was placed on the first spot of Youtube's global music video chart. And in just 24 hours, it earned 79.08 million views, making it the third most significant 24-hour debut for a music video on the said platform.
