The K-pop powerhouse all-boy group undyingly tops the Hanteo's weekly album chart as its newest addition to Semicolon's achievement. The said album comes in handy as SVT's special album entry that has sold almost a million copies in its first week of sales.

In a report by Hellokpop, referencing the figures released by the Hanteo chart, it inks the sum of 932,054 sold copies of Semicolon in its first week. The whopping figure records the number of sales for the period of October 19 to October 25.

On top of the impressive feat, Semicolon's tracks and the album itself storm various weekly music and album charts on different music platforms.

Storming the global stage with Semicolon

Semicolon is an unstoppable album as it continuously tops music charts in the country and overseas. Instantly after its release, the album climbed its way to the number one spot on various major music charts in South Korea.

Furthermore, it dominated the renowned iTunes album charts in the number one spot in 12 countries, including Japan, India, UAE, and Russia. Additionally, it was included in the top ten of the same chart in 38 countries, including Denmark, Turkey, Singapore, and the United States of America.

Undoubtedly, the album will hit a million copies' sales, considering the recent figures almost achieved the said number. When that happens, SVT will now be tagged as a "double million-seller' K-pop group.

During the Semicolon Online Global Press Conference, SVT expressed its gratefulness to the fans and supporters who showed love for the album.

The album hails the concept of enjoying the breeze joy brought by the youthful times, allowing SVT to uplift the young people who tend to forget to take a break and live up to the moment.
