BTS's Jungkook has set a new milestone by becoming the most-streamed K-Pop solo artist on Spotify for 2023. According to 'Chart Data', a platform covering global music chart updates and news in real-time, Jungkook achieved over 3.47 billion streams on Spotify in 2023 alone.

This remarkable achievement has been highlighted as the biggest streaming year ever for a K-Pop solo artist in Spotify's history by 'Chart Data'.

As of January 15, 2024, Jungkook's personal Spotify profile, comprising all credits, amassed over 4.4 billion streams. This feat establishes Jungkook as the fastest and the first K-Pop solo artist to reach such streaming numbers on Spotify, further solidifying his global popularity and influence.

On his Spotify account, his first solo single "Seven" leads with over 1.3 billion streams, followed by the collaborative track "Left and Right" with over 860 million, the official soundtrack for the "2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup" titled "Dreamers" with over 390 million, his second solo single "3D" with over 360 million, and the title track of his solo album 'GOLDEN', "Standing Next to You", with over 300 million streams.

Jungkook's album 'GOLDEN', released in November last year, also broke the record for the fastest 2 billion streams for an Asian artist's studio album on Spotify, achieving this in just 42 days.

Additionally, "Seven" ranked fourth in Spotify's 'Top Tracks of 2023', a year-end chart summarizing the most-streamed songs globally in 2023, demonstrating his global hitmaker status and significant presence in the music industry.

"Seven" made history on Spotify's 'Daily Top Songs Global' chart by being the first and longest-running Asian artist song to maintain the number one spot for a total of 71 days. It also stayed at number one for the longest duration by a male artist worldwide in 2023 on the 'Weekly Top Songs Global' chart for nine weeks. It achieved the milestone of surpassing 1.2 billion streams in the shortest time in Spotify's history, within 155 days.

Last year, Jungkook set four world records on Spotify with just three songs - "Dreamers", "Left and Right", and "Stay Alive". He achieved the fastest 1 billion streams (unfiltered) for a K-Pop solo artist, the shortest time to reach 1 billion streams (unfiltered) for "Seven", the most weekly streams (897 million 8171, post-filtering) for a male artist's track globally, and the fastest to reach 100 million streams (post-filtering), all officially recognized by the Guinness World Records.
