Actor Kang Kyung Joon has been confirmed to have been sued for being an adulterer.

According to the legal community, Kang Kyung Joon was sued for damages last year on December 26th. The claimed amount is 50 million won. The plaintiff identifies Kang Kyung Joon as the adulterer who had an affair with his wife.

The plaintiff stated, "Kang Kyung Joon intervened as an adulterer in a family, essentially leading it to ruin," explaining the reason for the lawsuit.

According to the complaint, Kang Kyung Joon and the plaintiff's wife, Mrs. A, are employed at real estate brokerage company S. They work together on the same floor of the same building.

The plaintiff alleges, "Kang Kyung Joon engaged in an affair with Mrs. A, knowing she was a married woman," and is reported to have submitted evidence to support this claim.

In response to these allegations, the defendant, Kang Kyung Joon, expressed his perplexity. He told DongA.com, "I don't understand why this is happening. I haven't received the complaint yet. It seems like there's some misunderstanding."

When asked about the factual relationship of adultery stated in the complaint, he showed his displeasure, saying, "I don't understand why I have to tell this to a reporter like you."

When the question was changed to whether he would express his accurate position upon receiving the complaint, Kang Kyung Joon said, "I'm confused. Give me some time. I will contact you again later," cautiously withholding further comment.
