BTS's Jin has proven his dazzling popularity by continuing to rank as the most influential Asian male music influencer in the U.S.

On August 27th, the influencer marketing platform HypeAuditor announced Jin's position as the 9th most influential music influencer in the U.S., maintaining his top spot among Asian males. This marks his 20th consecutive day holding this title. Among global male artists, he ranked second, just behind Justin Bieber.

HypeAuditor, which announced the ranking, uses an AI algorithm to filter out suspected fake followers from an individual's Instagram account, providing brands and agencies with a service that analyzes the rankings of influential influencers.

While globally popular female artists like Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and Rihanna dominated the top ranks, Jin stood out as the only Asian male in the top 10, proving his unparalleled popularity and power even amidst the galaxy of superstars in the U.S.

Jin, the only BTS member to rank in the top 50 of this chart, has previously held the top position among Asian males in the "Top 1000 Most Influential Influencers in the U.S." for 202 days. In June, he even clinched the top spot among global male artists.

Despite currently serving in the military since last December, Jin's Instagram has consistently shown an astonishing engagement rate of 22-26%, the highest among the top 10 most followed Korean celebrities. This engagement rate indicates genuine human participation, filtering out fake engagements.

On August 18th, Jin ranked first among solo artists in the "Top 1000 Music Instagram Influencers" list released by the market research marketing platform StarNgage+. With a dominant engagement rate of 26.76%, Jin ranked second overall, just behind BTS's official account, showcasing his overwhelming popularity.

Furthermore, Jin ranked second in the "Most Mentioned Artists Globally in 2022" list released by the U.S. consumer market information platform NetBase Quid, topping the list among solo artists. His immense popularity and buzz both domestically and internationally are undeniable.

Recent polls on China's Weibo, asking about the "Ideal Type among K-pop Artists", saw a flood of comments naming Jin as their ideal type, further proving his status as "everyone's ideal."

Meanwhile, Jin's first solo single "The Astronaut," released on October 28th last year just before his military enlistment, achieved the record-breaking title of the first solo single to be certified as a million-seller by the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA), sweeping charts worldwide.

"The Astronaut" music video set a new record on the "Global YouTube Popular Music Video" chart, holding the top spot for 17 consecutive days, surpassing Jin's previous record with "Super Tuna" at 16 days.

Recently, "The Astronaut" also dominated the "KPOP TOP40 Ranking" on Argentina's popular radio channel, Vega Radio, holding the top spot for 43 weeks, further solidifying Jin's unparalleled power as a world-class solo artist.
