Top idol group BTS's member Jimin has marked a significant milestone by clinically dominating the male idol category of the Star Ranking for the 89th consecutive week.

On July 6th, it was revealed that Jimin had secured the first place from 3:01 PM to 3:00 PM on July 13th, in the first week (89th round) of July's Star Idol male ranking vote, garnering a solid 35,186 votes.

With this achievement, Jimin has successfully maintained the top position for an astounding 89 weeks in a row. Notably, since the inception of the Star Ranking voting, Jimin has never missed out on the top spot.

Following Jimin, BTS's Jin clinched the second place with 19,024 votes, while 2PM's Junho managed to snag the third place with 13,693 votes.

On a side note, Star Ranking is a ranking vote where fans directly vote for their most cherished star, determining the ranking. Depending on the voting results, various benefits are provided to the stars.

For stars who secure the No.1 spot for four consecutive weeks, they are featured on outdoor electronic billboards. Fans of the star who maintains the No.1 position for four weeks in a row can also support with outdoor electronic billboard advertisements.
