The K-pop group FIFTY FIFTY has alleged mismanagement, while the group The Rush referred to their agency's head as "a father-like figure." Amidst intensifying litigation between FIFTY FIFTY and their agency Attrakt, stories about the agency's head, Jun Hong-joon, have been spreading, turning this into a game of truth or deceit.

Last month, as Attrakt raised suspicion about external interference related to FIFTY FIFTY's member extraction case, four members of FIFTY FIFTY have also started a legal battle against Attract, applying for an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts.

On the 28th of last month, FIFTY FIFTY's legal representative, Barun Law, stated in an official position that "The members raised issues with multiple circumstances of Attrakt failing to fulfill its contractual duties, such as lack of transparency in settlement, unilateral push for activities despite members expressing health difficulties, thereby violating the contract and destroying the relationship of trust."

In response to Attrakt's suspicion about external interference, Barun Law emphasized, "We clearly state that the decision was independently made by the four members without any external interference."

The main reason FIFTY FIFTY sought an injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts with Attrakt was their 'distrust' towards the agency. They expressed their disappointment and frustration at the agency for disclosing the reasons for a member's surgery without consultation and were disappointed that the agency violated its duty to care for the members' health. These points were highlighted in the first court hearing on the 5th.

While FIFTY FIFTY claimed mistrust of Attrakt, Min-hee Kim, a member of The Rush, another group produced by Jun Hong-joon, caught attention by releasing an anecdote in defense. On July 7th, Kim posted on his SNS, "The president, who always worries about us even when he's tired. He has listened to all our stories, and this worries me."

Kim went on to add, "I'm so angry that they meticulously prepared to stab us in the back in a situation where things were going well, and I want to spread this widely."

Kim expressed, "It's so sad. From our debut, the president always made sure we had pocket money from the meager profits, and thanks to him, I was able to learn Chinese, acting, and dancing. He is truly a grateful person in my life who has recognized, always trusted, and supported me. He has never made us see anything ugly during our trainee and singer life."

Kim's posts about the caring and supportive nature of Jun Hong-joon presented a stark contrast to the 'distrust' claimed by FIFTY FIFTY, resulting in various reactions from the public.

In another development, on July 7th, Jun Hong-joon filed a complaint against An Sung-il, the representative of the bus company, The Givers, at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on charges of embezzlement in business, forgery of private documents, and use of forged documents. Attract claimed, "While organizing the handover materials received from The Givers, we found an embezzlement case conducted without prior consultation, and upon verification, it was confirmed that The Givers had forged a false service contract to commit embezzlement."
