As the 10th anniversary of their debut approaches, the group BTS continues to celebrate, undeterred by the hiatus caused by military enlistments.

Since launching into the music industry with their first single album '2 COOL 4 SKOOL' on June 13, 2013, BTS has secured a place as a bona fide world star, breaking through the high barriers of the U.S. Billboard charts and sweeping major American award shows.

Despite facing a hiatus due to mandatory military service this year, BTS has remained active with various individual projects. Yet, to commemorate their meaningful 10-year milestone, the group has prepared a range of events, starting with the 10th Anniversary FESTA (2023 BTS FESTA) and leading up to a new song release.

The 'BTS FESTA' is an annual festival enjoyed by the group and their fans in celebration of their debut anniversary on June 13th. Particularly this year, marking the 10th anniversary of their debut, BTS is collaborating with the city of Seoul to host a variety of events both online and offline.

From June 12th to 25th, key landmarks in Seoul, such as Sevit Island, Namsan Seoul Tower, City Hall, DDP, and World Cup Bridge, will be bathed in a purple light, and an array of events and attractions will take place across Seoul, including Yeouido.

The main event of the '2023 BTS FESTA,' set to be a festival enjoyed by both BTS' fandom 'ARMY' and the general public, will be held in Yeouido Han River Park on June 17th. This event is anticipated to excite fans all over the world.

On June 9th, BTS's new digital single 'Take Two' will be released. 'Take Two' is a fan song full of heartfelt messages and stories that BTS wants to share with their fans in commemoration of their 10th anniversary. Suga has added authenticity to the song by taking on the production, with RM and J-Hope also participating in the song-making process.

The theme 'Take Two' encapsulates the days BTS has walked with their fandom 'ARMY' and the days they will continue to walk in the future. The song expresses gratitude for the ARMY who shared these brilliant moments, thanks for the love sent by the fans, and a wish to continue together, all collected into one song.

The announcement of BTS's new song, the first in a long while, has sparked an enthusiastic response from fans, and it is expected that this sincere new song from BTS will soothe fans' regrets about the hiatus due to military service.

Meanwhile, each member of BTS is hard at work in their respective roles. Jin and J-Hope, who enlisted in December of last year and this past April, are currently serving as assistant instructors at the new soldier training center. The other members are also meeting with fans through various activities such as solo albums, solo performances, and broadcasts.
