South Korean girl group aespa has clinched the coveted top spot on KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank.'

On the episode that aired on May 19th, aespa's 'Spicy' was nominated for first place alongside 'Unforgiven' by Le Ciel.

The crown, however, went to aespa. A heartfelt Karina expressed her gratitude, stating, "I'm extremely thankful to our fans, MYs, for making us number one again." Giselle also shared her feelings on the win: "I'm grateful to everyone who has supported aespa, and I commend my fellow members for their hard work."

Winter chimed in, "We are so thankful to have received this wonderful award for the second day in a row. We'll continue to work hard, so please give us your unwavering support."

In a particularly eye-catching moment, the aespa members spiced up their encore performance by eating hot chilis on stage. The group's new song 'Spicy' is a dance track marked by a powerful synth bass sound and dynamic beats. It showcases a playful, energetic 'Cool' charm alongside a confident, dazzling 'Hot' appeal, making the performance doubly captivating.

Not only does the song's choreography depict the act of dipping a finger into hot sauce and tasting it, but the spirited performance, full of exuberance and self-assured grandeur, has received a fiery response, further stoking its addictive allure.
