Trot singer Haesoo has tragically passed away at the age of 29.

According to a YTN report on May 15, the organizers of the "Day of Respecting Constituents" event in Wanju County, Jeollabuk-do, where Haesoo was scheduled to perform on the 20th, explained, "We've received notice that Haesoo has suddenly passed away and won't be able to attend."

Previously on May 12th, around 10 am, there were shocking reports of the discovery of trot singer 'A' dead in their residence. The police reported that a suicide note written by 'A' was found at the scene.

The heartbreaking truth that the deceased trot singer 'A' was Haesoo came to light later, eliciting deep sorrow from fans. Numerous mourning messages such as "We refuse to believe this" and "We pray for the repose of the deceased's soul" are being left on the late singer's fan club site.

Haesoo made her debut with her first mini-album 'My Life, My Way' on November 28, 2019. She later released her second single album 'Kkongmuni' on June 28, 2021.

Recently, she had appeared on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs' for the Lunar New Year special episode featuring Jang Yoon-jung.
