Born in December 1993, the 29-year-old Haesoo majored in pansori at the Korea National University of Arts and debuted with her first EP album 'My Life, My Way' in November 2019. She also released her second single album 'Ggongmuni' in 2021 and participated in various music broadcasts, entertainment shows, and radio programs, including 'Gayo Stage', 'Morning Yard', and 'The Trot Show'. Haesoo's last broadcast appearance was in the Lunar New Year special 'Jang Yoon Jung Episode' of KBS 2TV's 'Immortal Songs' this past January.

The stage name Haesoo, which means 'as deep and bright as the sea', is reported to be the basis of her pseudonym. Interestingly, Haesoo's debut stage on MBC's 'Gayo Best' on November 28, 2019, coincided with the stage where Yoo Jae-suk first appeared as his alter ego 'Yoo San-seul' on MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo'. After finishing the rehearsal for 'Hangout with Yoo' that day, Haesu briefly appeared on the broadcast, handing over her CD to Yoo Jae-suk and announcing, "I made my debut today."
