The new K-animation 'BASTIONS' is set to release a physical OST album.

The 3D action hero animation 'Bastions' (produced by Timos Media) will start pre-orders for its OST album at 2 p.m. on May 8th through various online music sites, including Synnara, Hottracks, Yes24, Interpark, and Aladdin. The album is set for release on May 25th.

The album is expected to include 'THE PLANET,' the OST title track that has drawn attention for featuring all members of BTS, along with other insert songs that enhance the immersion of the story. Fans are eagerly anticipating what tracks will be included.

'Bastions' made headlines when it announced that 'THE PLANET' would officially be released on May 12th at 1 p.m., ahead of its first broadcast. Last month, a dance version teaser and a 30-second music video teaser for 'THE PLANET,' which highlighted BTS's vocals, were sequentially released, garnering attention.

After the teaser was unveiled, fans expressed their excitement through various comments, including "Jungkook's intro is amazing," "Jimin's voice is like a gem," "I'm already hooked with just one verse," "This is heaven," "I can't wait for the full version," "An animation OST is so refreshing," and "I want to listen to the full version soon."

'Bastions' is a 3D action hero animation that tells the story of rookie heroes Bastions, who uncover the true identity of a villain responsible for environmental destruction and save the Earth, growing into genuine heroes.

The animation integrates the globally relevant issue of 'environmental pollution' as a keyword in the hero universe, spreading positive influence and delivering both fun and a message. It also sets itself apart by collaborating with K-pop for the first time in Korea.

Meanwhile, the 'Bastions' title track 'THE PLANET,' featuring BTS, will be released on May 12th at 1 p.m., and the OST album will be released on May 25. 'Bastions' will also air its first episode on SBS at 7:30 a.m. on May 14 (KST).
