K-pop group Kep1er (Hikaru, Yeseo, Dayeon, Xiaoting, Chaehyun, Yujin, Huening Bahiyyih, Youngeun, and Mashiro) recently expressed their love for fans during an interview with the UK media outlet whynow.

During the interview, Kep1er discussed various topics, beginning with their recently released fourth mini-album, "LOVESTRUCK!". Mashiro explained, "It's a story about girls who start to experience the emotions of love. We tried to reflect subtle and complex emotions in the album."

Youngeun mentioned that she has always been a fan of romance movies, which served as inspiration for the album. "We drew inspiration from these films for this album," she said.

Leading up to the album release, Kep1er garnered attention by sharing a brand concept film featuring each member speaking in different languages, including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English. Huening Bahiyyih commented, "By speaking in our own languages, we were able to convey our true voices and the messages Kep1er wanted to share, which I think reached our global fans more effectively. It was a new experience for us."

In addition to their album, Kep1er discussed their favorite artists to share the stage with, favorite dramas, and other topics with whynow. Towards the end of the interview, the group brought up their special connection with global fans.

Chaehyun recalled their experience at last year's 'Hallyu Pop Fest London 2022' in London and said, "We want to return to see our passionate Kep1ians (official fandom name) who warmly welcomed us."

Kep1er is currently promoting their fourth mini-album, "LOVESTRUCK!". Upon its release, the album sold a total of 105,338 copies according to the Hanteo Chart and entered the Top 10 iTunes album charts in 11 countries and regions, including Japan, Turkey, Thailand, and Singapore.

Kep1er is also preparing for their first arena tour in Japan, "Kep1er JAPAN CONCERT TOUR 2023 <FLY-BY>", scheduled for May and June.
