BTS surprised their fandom on Monday upon confirming their comeback. The group announced that they will release their new track titled, "Butter" next month.

It seemingly came as a surprise when the public learned that it is an all-English song, a second material after "Dynamite." As noted, the group's leader previously stated that singing in "full English is not BTS."

But, things are changing, and so are the group's perspectives. Koreaboo reiterated what RM had to say about the matter, adding how his opinions have since changed.

In one of his interviews amid the pandemic, he shared that his previous thoughts were his "real, honest thing." But, because of the unprecedented events that have happened these past few months, everything has changed, and they are now giving a "little crazy shot."

The BTS leader, also, shared his points of view in terms of having English and Korean tracks. He believes that each language has its own "waves and texture," which provides "different things" to their music.

RM continued that he always has "deep thoughts, different concerns, and confusions" when writing lyrics for a song. He wonders whether he has to do them in English or Korean.

The K-Pop idol, also, referenced what he did with "Dynamite." He revealed that he tried to write Korean lyrics for the song, "but nothing worked out really well."

While the buzz surrounding the group's upcoming track continues to develop, no further details have been shared before the public. For all everyone knows is that it will drop on May 21, carrying the title "Butter."

During the announcement, though, BTS said that the track is a "dance pop," which entails the "smooth yet charismatic charm" of the septet. Several teaser materials have, also, emerged on various social media platforms.

Aside from the avid fans and followers of BTS, many brands and labels from different industries are, also, talking about the group's upcoming song. This has even helped build the overall hype and anticipation toward "Butter."

A separate report from Koreaboo said that many butter and margarine companies took the opportunity to utilize the group's upcoming track title. On Twitter, big names, like Land O'Lakes and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, created and shared memes in relation to BTS' new single.

For what it is worth, the move seemingly helped up the engagements of these companies and brands and caused traffic in their own pages. (Business Times)
