BLACKPINK Lisa may be the next member of the group to go solo. Rumors started swirling the band's youngest member is about to make her solo debut, and it will soon happen this year.

Several reports emerge that BLACKPINK Lisa will officially launch as a solo artist in June. Though YG Entertainment's first non-Korean artist is yet to address the news, the company seems to confirm it.

According to AllKpop, an YG Entertainment official told Korea Herald by phone that the Thai rapper is working hard for her solo debut. However, the officer didn't reveal when her solo album would exactly drop.

The company officially announced last year that Lisa and Rosé would have their own solo materials and were already preparing at the time. Rosé would, reportedly, drop hew solo album on April 5 this year, though it came earlier than expected--in March.

If rumors about BLACKPINK Lisa's solo debut are true, she will be the third member of the group who will have a solo release. Hence, fans are eagerly waiting for her new LP after the success of Rosé and Jennie's solo works.

NME noted Rosé dropped her first-ever solo album, titled R, featuring the song "On the Ground" and "Gone." She had incredibly set a high standard with her debut after breaking several music records by just a single release.

"On the Ground" quickly earned 41.6 million on YouTube within just 24 hours, beating Psy's eight-year record for his hit song "Gentleman." Her single also took the number 70 spot of Billboard Hot 11, making her the highest-ranking female K-Pop soloist and the second K-pop female soloist to take Billboard's main singles chart spot.

So, there is a high expectation surrounding BLACKPINK Lisa's solo debut. However, Blinks are confident that she can make it, showing their huge support to the K-Pop idol on Twitter via Meaww.

One fan said everyone should move as the "Queen" is on her way to go solo. Another one expected her to break a lot of records, just like Rosé, and asked others to mark her words.

One follower seemed surprised that Lisa would be the BLACKPINK member who would have a summer release, expecting she would "rule the hot season with ease." In addition, one Blink assumed they would see the performer's "god tier visuals" in its full glory in every scene.

By the looks of it, fans are now waiting for BLACKPINK Lisa's solo debut.
