South Korean singer-rapper-songwriter BTS Suga earns his first-ever No. 1 on the US iTunes Song Sales chart with his solo single titled Daechwita.

BTS Suga is unstoppable

Fresh from collecting YouTube gem for the music video of Daechwita, the single once again gathers a milestone, and this time, it's on iTunes. That said, BTS Suga, who tags along his alter ego name as Agust D, finished at No. 1 on the prestigious chart.

With no hesitations, Agust D coveted the spot on March 2 (Tuesday) until 3:10 PM ET on March 3 (Wednesday).

Agust D's Daechwita dethroned Elle King & Miranda Lambert's Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home), which ruled the iTunes Song Sales chart since February 26 (Friday).

And not only in the United States, but Agust D's Daechwita also dominated the same chart in 102 various countries, finishing at No. 1.

Fans are celebrating BTS Suga's impressive feat

To the delight of ARMYs across the globe, an online celebration was made, bombarding Suga with tweets, posts, forums, and messages of any kind, sharing how happy the fans are for his new feat.

Considering it his first time to achieve the milestone, it is an unforgettable moment to munch and will surely last for the rest of his life.

Daechwita is the focus track of Suga's second mixtape entitled D2, of which he goes along the name Agust D. It was dropped in May 2020, singing of a traditional Korean music genre.

For the time being, ARMYs are preparing to celebrate Suga's upcoming birthday on March 9 (Tuesday), of which his milestone will indeed be highlighted.

For starters, Suga uses the name Agust D, deriving it from the initial DT, representing his hometown in Daegu Town. On the other hand, Agust is derived from his name Suga spelled backward. He started using the said name in 2016 for his first mixtape.
