The original video gave the fans a detailed overview of the four members slaying and bopping to the song on a smooth pink background as they execute their fierce and intense choreography.

One of the members, Jennie, was praised for executing the dance moves well in the performance video despite her ankle injury. The member previously revealed that she is worried about the promotions as she injured her ankle while working out, Soompi reported.

Aside from being the fastest K-pop group music video to reach 200 million views, "How You Like That" is also said to be the fastest video on YouTube to surpass 200 million views, breaking Taylor Swift's record for "Look What You Made Me Do," Soompi reported.
