MBC's Docuplex drops a documentary highlighting the life, career, and eventual demise of ex-f(x) representative Sulli!

After six months, they run out of resources. Sulli wept and then said she wishes to study more. However, she was selected for the drama Ballad of Seodong, after a quarter of struggle. Director Lee Byung Hoon said Sulli had not just the required acting ability but also the 'it-factor.'

She was calm, shined under dazzling lights, and had a princess' smile. A press correspondent proposed the stage name Sulli in the context of her participation in Ballad of Seodong. The two had a passion for it and had adopted the name.

Following her appearance on Ballad of Seodong, SM Entertainment approached them and agreed to establish her into the company's next star. Sulli then started to live her dormitory life from a young age. Sulli used to speak about her unnies obsessing with their weight and ended up like them.

She rapidly grew to 172 cm in 6th grade and struggled to keep a lighter weight. Despite initially signing a young actress agreement with SM, Sulli's growth spurt enabled her unfit with most child's characters.

At the SM intervention that idols were their focus, Sulli's professional paths altered as a girl band toward debuting. Things went well before her relationship with Choiza, who is 13 years older than her, made headlines. Her mother found out via the news coverage, and at first, believed it was a false report.

She felt it was highly unacceptable after contacting Sulli and getting verification and expressed her disapproval. Sulli began distancing herself from her mother and quit updating her. They also began to quarrel constantly.

The relationship became unfixable when Sulli expressed her wish to collect payments directly from SM and provide stipends to her mother instead. Soon after, SM called Sulli's mother in 2016 and said Sulli had cut her wrist, was taken to the emergency room and received treatment.

Her mom was informed about the news coming in but was told that everything has been under control. She persisted visiting the hospital to see her daughter, but they intend to show that Sulli only slipped in the toilet in the news.

The visit would destroy the alternative explanation, so her mom wept at home every day for a week. Her self-harming incident came shortly after her reported separation with Choiza. "I should have apologized for responding to her late. I just want to patch things up, if only I can do it all over again."
