BLACKPINK’s Jisoo exudes beauty and sophistication in a recent photoshoot with Marie Claire!

Jisoo participated recently in a photo shoot with Marie Claire magazine. In the accompanying interview, the BLACKPINK member shared about their group’s busy schedule with future projects.

Regarding the upcoming single of BLACKPINK with Selena Gomez, she shared that they couldn’t meet in person just yet. Both parties are adjusting schedules and communicated numerous times to finish the project.

Jisoo continues saying that she thinks Selena Gomez is such a refreshing and cool person after seeing her share her opinions in just an easy-going manner despite being a global star.

In June, BLACKPINK became the most subscribed female artist on YouTube, and Jisoo expressed that she felt happy and proud to receive the title. Recently, BLACKPINK also became the fourth most subscribed artist in the world, and on the type of influence she wants to give others, she expressed that she hopes that when people see her, they will gain confidence.

“After they see me working, I hope they will say ‘I can do it too,’ and ‘I also want to find something of my own.”

Jisoo clarified her statement saying that she doesn’t mean that people will copy her blindly because she believes that people have different charms, and there’s no point in just copying.

Touching her growing passion, Jisoo shared her thoughts about working as a beauty ambassador for Dior. She said that becoming a model in the same brand as Nathalie Portman is such a huge honor, especially that she admires her.

Lastly, Jisoo shared that after the interview, she will be heading to the recording studio. She revealed that after they release a single album, they will be preparing for a studio album. “These days, the recording has become a part of my life. Please look forward to its release!”

Meanwhile, Jisoo will be debuting on the small screen as she takes her first leading role in a drama.
