BLACKPINK's Lisa has forged a new partnership with RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music, marking a significant stride in her global music career. On the 11th, Sony Music Entertainment Korea announced that Lisa (Lalisa Manobal) and her company, LLOUD Co., have entered into a partnership with RCA Records in the United States, setting the stage for her expansive global activities.

Lisa is preparing to release a new solo album in collaboration with RCA Records. She expressed her excitement about joining the RCA family, stating, "I'm truly happy to join the RCA family. I'm confident they are the best team to create bigger movements in my solo career. I look forward to showing everything we've prepared to the world."

RCA Records' Chairman and CEO, Peter Edge, and COO, John Fleckenstein, shared their pride in partnering with Lisa and LLOUD Co. They praised Lisa as an undeniable global star with multifaceted talent and expressed their joy in welcoming Lisa and her company into the RCA Records family.

This partnership positions Lisa alongside global icons like A$AP Rocky, Becky G, Doja Cat, Foo Fighters, Justin Timberlake, KAYTRANADA, Latto, Mark Ronson, P!NK, Steve Lacy, SZA, Tems, Tate McRae, Victoria Monet, and WizKid, enhancing her global influence as a part of the label.

Having made waves worldwide as a member of BLACKPINK, Lisa's venture into establishing LLOUD Co. earlier this year hinted at her diverse vision for the music and entertainment industry. The partnership with RCA Records is anticipated to herald a new era for Lisa as both an artist and an entrepreneur.

Beyond her activities with BLACKPINK, Lisa has achieved remarkable success as a solo artist. Her 2021 single 'Lalisa' sold about 750,000 copies in its first week in South Korea, making her the first female artist to achieve such a feat. Both 'Lalisa' and 'Money' secured spots in the top 10 of the Billboard Global 200 chart, with 'Money' also setting records in the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart for the longest-charting song by a K-pop solo female artist.

Furthermore, Lisa boasts the highest Instagram following among K-pop artists with over 120 million followers. She has broken Guinness World Records by becoming the first K-pop solo artist to win at both the 'MTV Video Music Awards' and the 'MTV Europe Music Awards'. In addition to her musical achievements, Lisa is set to make her screen debut in season 3 of the HBO original series 'The White Lotus'.
