Keena of the group "FIFTY FIFTY" will be attending the Billboard Awards.

According to their agency Attrakt on October 29, Keena is set to attend the "2023 Billboard Music Awards" on the 19th of next month (local time). Recently, Attrakt announced the termination of exclusive contracts with FIFTY FIFTY members Aran, Sio, and Saena, resulting in Keena attending alone.

Earlier, The kpop Reporter was told by a representative from the agency, "Keena will be participating in the Billboard Awards."

A representative from ATTRAKT also said in an email to The Kpop Reporter, "ATTRAKT has all the know-how and content production capabilities of group, FIFTY FIFTY, and we plan to reorganize the group and present it to the public together with Keena.

FIFTY FIFTY has been nominated in the Top Duo/Group and Top Global K-Pop Song categories. Their song "Cupid" peaked at 17th on the Billboard "Hot 100" and remained on the chart for 25 weeks. In June, four members filed an injunction against Attract to suspend their exclusive contracts. Keena withdrew from the lawsuit on the 17th of this month and returned.

At this year's Billboard Awards, BTS's Jimin and "NewJeans" have been nominated in four categories. Jimin is a nominee for Top Selling Song, Top Global K-Pop Artist, Top K-Pop Album, and Top Global K-Pop Song. NewJeans are nominated for Top Billboard Global Artist (excluding US), Top Global K-Pop Artist, and Top K-Pop Album. In the Top Global K-Pop Song category, the songs "Dito" and "OMG" have been nominated.
