MAMAMOO's Hwasa expressed regret over not enjoying her 20s to the fullest.

On October 2, a video titled "Fifth Cheers with Hwasa, Is this Magic Eye an Apology?" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Jjanhanhyung Shin Dong-yup'.

In the released video, Hwasa shared, "I always wanted to have a drink with Lee Hyori, Sung Si-kyung, and Shin Dong-yup. I've achieved that. It's so much fun," expressing her feelings about appearing on 'Jjanhanhyung'.

She continued, "I started drinking just this year. I turned 29 this year, and the moment the New Year's bell rang, I regretted it. I wondered, 'Why didn't I party like this in my 20s?' So, I indulged in alcohol for a month. My friends even said, 'You're acting so strange.'"

She added, "After drinking non-stop for a month, my face became really swollen. It was seriously puffy."

Hearing this, Shin Dong-yup commented, "Do you know why that happens? When you drink, you tend to eat a lot, but if you don't sober up the next day, you keep wanting to eat. That's why you say you're 'swollen' when you've actually gained weight. In reality, you've put on some pounds."

Later, Psy called Hwasa. To Shin Dong-yup, Psy jokingly remarked, "Did you drink, bro? Didn't you say you were taking a break for three days this year? Impressive," causing everyone to burst into laughter.

Shin Dong-yup spontaneously invited Psy to appear on 'Jjanhanhyung', to which Psy readily agreed. Shin Dong-yup then told the production team, "Psy is genuinely hilarious off-camera."

Hwasa also spoke about her special bond with senior artist Lee Hyori, whom she got to know through shows like 'Hangout with Yoo - Refund Expedition' and 'Dance Singer Nomad Team'.

She said, "When you meet a truly wonderful person, don't you feel like you've become a new person just from that encounter? Lee Hyori is exactly that kind of person." Regarding Lee Hyori participating in the 'I Love My Body' challenge in a bikini, Hwasa expressed her admiration, saying, "I felt so grateful and learned a lot seeing her dance in just a swimsuit," giving a thumbs up.
