BTS's Jungkook has illuminated his global popularity by becoming the fastest male artist to surpass 700 million streams on Spotify with his solo single "Seven." Released on July 14th, Jungkook's "Seven" recently crossed the 700 million streaming mark (pre-filtering) on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.

In just 65 days post-release, "Seven" accumulated a staggering 781,654,778 streams.

Moreover, after breaking the 600 million streaming mark in just 54 days, it took a mere 11 days to achieve 700 million, showcasing its robust and unparalleled streaming power. According to the World Music Awards (WMA), Jungkook's "Seven" set a monumental record on Spotify by becoming the fastest track by a male artist worldwide to surpass 700 million streams (including both group and solo artists).

Additionally, with his collaborative track "Left and Right" featuring American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, Jungkook became the first and only K-pop solo artist to have two songs with over 700 million streams on Spotify.

"Seven" also holds the distinction of being the first track by an Asian artist in 2023 to record 700 million streams on Spotify. Previously, "Seven" shattered Spotify records by reaching 100 million streams (pre-filtering) in the fastest time ever of just 6 days. It continued to set records by reaching 200 million in the shortest 14 days, 300 million in 23 days, 400 million in 33 days, and 500 million streams (pre-filtering) in 43 days.

"Seven" also made history as the first and longest track by an Asian artist to top Spotify's "Weekly Top Song Global" chart for 8 consecutive weeks and the "Daily Top Song Global" chart for 57 days.

Furthermore, in Spotify's "Most Streamed Songs of Summer 2023 (Global Standard)," "Seven" proved its scorching global popularity by ranking 3rd in just 40 days after its release.
