In a recent interview, Yura, a member of the popular K-pop group Girl's Day, shed light on the current dynamics among the group members and hinted at the possibility of a reunion. The interview, which took place in a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, covered a range of topics, from her new movie "Marrying the Mafia: Returns" to the status of Girl's Day.

Yura emphasized the unbreakable bond between the Girl's Day members, revealing that they regularly meet despite their hectic individual schedules. "I met the Girls' Day members once at the end of August. It is not easy to meet the schedule if we want to meet together. Even if we see each other occasionally, there is a very comfortable feeling as if we have met often," she shared. The members, despite being in different companies now, maintain a close-knit relationship, often splitting into smaller groups to catch up if they can't all meet at once.

Having been together for over 13 years, Yura described her relationship with her co-members as a blessing. "It feels different from a friend you meet regularly. Having these members makes me think that I'm really blessed with people as I'm getting older," she expressed.

While watching the reunions of other 2nd-generation idols, Yura confessed that she dreams of a new album for Girl's Day. She humorously mentioned, "Even in my dreams, I dream of standing on Girl's Day's stage (someday)." Although she acknowledged the challenges of reuniting, given that the members are now affiliated with different agencies, Yura remained optimistic. "Girl's Day members want to do it," she affirmed.

On the professional front, Yura's new film, "Marrying the Mafia: Returns," revolves around a star writer, Daeseo, and Jinkyung, the youngest daughter of the Jang family. The story unfolds as the two hatch grand plans for marriage, with Yura portraying the role of Jinkyung, a character with a mix of innocence and fiery passion.
