The court has approved the seizure of copyright royalties of An Seong-il from The Give Bus, following a claim by FIFTY FIFTY's agency, Attrakt (CEO Jeon Hong-jun).

On September 25th, Attrakt announced, "We discovered that The Giver's representative, An Seong-il, embezzled company funds during the process of conducting business services for Attrakt."

They added, "In response, Attrakt applied for the seizure of copyright royalties for a portion of the total embezzled amount. The Seoul Eastern District Court has now granted approval for this."

Currently, the copyright royalties for An Seong-il's debut album 'THE FIFTY' and 'The Beginning: Cupid' with FIFTY FIFTY, registered with the Copyright Association, have been suspended. With this recent approval of the seizure, Attrakt plans to apply for the seizure of the remaining embezzled amount related to further discovered embezzlement cases involving The Give Bus's representative, An Seong-il.

At present, Attrakt is engaged in civil and criminal litigation with The Giver's representative, An Seong-il, who was in charge of FIFTY FIFTY's business services, and other company associates. This recent approval is significant as it represents the court's initial judgment on An Seong-il's illegal activities.

Meanwhile, separate from the exclusive contract termination injunction filed by FIFTY FIFTY, Attrakt is preparing for a new girl group project.
