The special performance video uploaded on BTS's YouTube channel 'BANGTANTV' broke 10 million views in just one day after its release, proving Jin's massive global popularity. As of the afternoon of September 1st, the video has garnered over 88.29 million views and continues to grow rapidly.

Jin's "Super Tuna" set a monumental record by surpassing PSY's "GANGNAM STYLE" and becoming the first K-pop solo artist to rank #1 on the global YouTube music section for 16 days straight.

Initially available only on SoundCloud and YouTube, Jin's "Super Tuna" was officially released on all streaming platforms in October of the previous year, alongside his other solo tracks "Abyss" and "Tonight." Upon its release, it dominated iTunes charts worldwide. "Super Tuna" immediately topped the iTunes charts in countries like Lithuania, Finland, Malaysia, and Vietnam, achieving #1 in 39 countries. It recorded its 40th #1 in Guatemala on December 13th and its 41st #1 in Botswana on December 14th. Recently, it continued its streak by securing the top spot in countries like Ukraine, Portugal, UAE, Malta, and South Africa, marking a total of 48 countries where it ranked #1.

On various charts, "Super Tuna" achieved #1 on the iTunes Worldwide Chart, #3 on the European Chart, and #10 on the US Chart, further solidifying its global appeal.

In an interview with Weverse Magazine, Jin expressed, "I hoped that while listening to this song, ARMYs (fan club name) would see me and freely laugh, enjoy, and have fun. In the end, I feel content knowing that the ARMYs love it. Seeing them enjoy and love it also brought me joy. I'm satisfied."
