The story of the group Super Junior continues to unfold steadily. Having debuted in 2005 and journeyed with SM Entertainment (041510) for 18 years, Super Junior is set to continue as all members have re-signed their contracts for future activities. With a firm pre-contract in place for full group activity, the group's vibrant operations will continue.

Super Junior, a group with 18 years of history, renewed their contract with SM Entertainment on July 14. This ensures that Super Junior will proceed smoothly with activities leading up to their impending 20th anniversary.

However, Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun will carry out individual activities separately. SM stated, "While supporting Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun's new challenges, Super Junior's activities will continue with SM. We plan to closely communicate and effectively balance various group activities, unit and individual activities, thereby achieving greater synergy."

Kyuhyun is currently positively discussing an exclusive contract with Antenna for individual activities. Moreover, as per investigation results, Donghae and Eunhyuk plan to establish a separate company for their activities, but it is expected that SM Entertainment will continue to manage them until a detailed picture related to the establishment emerges.

While some members will undertake individual activities separately, there are industry analyses suggesting that as contracts have been established, group and organizational activities for Super Junior are 'actually better'. If members who have been with SM Entertainment for a long time carry out some individual activities from a new base, it can lead to the development of fresh ideas and collaborations in various ways.

An industry insider related to this stated, "Super Junior's contract for group activities holds several meanings from an industry perspective," and added, "Unlike several groups who sign individual contracts after their group contracts, releasing music only for 10th or 15th anniversaries as event-oriented activities, Super Junior sets a new precedent for long-running groups by consistently continuing full group activities."

Another insider analyzed, "This could set a new direction for long-running groups," and added, "For teams that are passionate about the group, maintaining a team contract while doing individual activities can actually showcase the fresh charm of each member and generate various synergies."

An SM Entertainment representative told News1 about Super Junior's group activities following their full group contract, "We plan to consistently showcase new music and performances as Super Junior, and fan meetings are also planned." They further added, "Because the members have a special affection for Super Junior's activities, we will continue to communicate closely about Super Junior's vibrant activities."

Super Junior is still a team with global firepower. As a group that has made a significant mark in global K-pop, this full re-contracting sparks anticipation for the records they will continue to write.

Meanwhile, Super Junior has been loved by global fans with numerous hits like 'Sorry Sorry', 'Bonamana', 'Mr. Simple', and 'Devil'. They also held unique world tours through their 'Super Show' brand in major cities worldwide, setting various firsts, such as the first South American tour by a Korean group and the first solo concert in Saudi Arabia by an Asian singer.

In addition, Super Junior became the 'first SM artist to release an 11th album' with their regular album 'The Road' released last year.
