SuperM will be featuring in their very own TV show!

It was confirmed on August 7 that the "super team" of SM Entertainment consisted of SHINee's Taemin, EXO's Baekhyun and Kai, and NCT's Taeyong, Mark, Ten, and Lucas — would be introducing their newest reality show titled 'Mtopia' next month. (via Soompi)

Even though SBS had initially started airing the 'SuperM the Beginning' TV special for SuperM's premiere, 'Mtopia' will represent SuperM's first actual variety show as a band. Though its information has still not been verified, the show will reportedly start airing on September 23 on OTT channel wave and YouTube.

SuperM, however, is actively planning for their highly awaited first return as a team. SuperM will come back with their first full-length release 'Super One' on September 25 after announcing their first pre-launch track '100' on August 14, followed by a second track, "Tiger Inside," on September 1. ABOUT SUPERM

SuperM is a pop band that was founded by SM Entertainment and Capitol Music Group in 2019. The team comprises seven members from four SM Entertainment boy parties: Shinee Taemin, Exo Baekhyun and Kai, NCT 127 Taeyong and Mark, and WayV Ten and Lucas.

The band made its debut with their self-titled EP, which reached the Billboard 200 at number one on October 4, 2019, allowing SuperM the second South Korean band in memory to peak the US music charts. Just like the first Korean act to do that with their latest debut record.

Their premiere track, 'Jopping,' has been among the top choices of "25 Best K-pop Tracks" of the year by Billboard's Analysts.

SUPERM ENDORSEMENTS

In November 2019, SuperM was named as international representatives for Korean Air. The band was showcased on November 4 in Korean Air's safety briefing clip with SM labelmate BoA, which was introduced to all Korean Air airlines that same day.

The soundtrack featured in the video, 'Let's Go Everywhere,' was made public on November 18. The music's profits will be invested in the Global Citizen initiative of the Global Poverty Project.
