TWICE made history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at New York's MetLife Stadium, enjoying the night with 50,000 fans. The event was part of their fifth world tour, "TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE,'" held on July 6th (local time).

In May 2022, TWICE set a record as the first K-pop girl group to perform at a North American stadium with two encore concerts at the Bank of California Stadium in Los Angeles, concluding their fourth world tour, 'Ⅲ'. Approximately a year later, they've expanded their footprint, enhancing their status as 'stadium artists' with performances at Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium in June 2023, followed by a solo concert at the MetLife Stadium in New York in July.

So far, all four of TWICE's North American stadium concerts have been completely sold out. The MetLife Stadium concert tickets sold out swiftly after the general booking opened, leading to additional seating being released twice, which also sold out in record time, highlighting TWICE's explosive popularity in the region. The audience, which filled both the SoFi Stadium and the MetLife Stadium, each roughly four times the size of their first American solo concert venue (The Forum), fervently cheered every moment of the nine members' performance. In response, TWICE delivered high-quality performances, a hallmark of their brand.

They opened the concert with an English version of 'SET ME FREE', the title track from their 12th mini-album 'READY TO BE', which shines in 2nd place on the U.S. Billboard main chart 'Billboard 200'. This was followed by their English singles 'MOONLIGHT SUNRISE' and 'The Feels' - songs that received global love. The audience, dressed in TWICE's stage costumes and waving their official light sticks, enthusiastically sang along to the 30-song setlist and enjoyed the fireworks that made the 'Talk that Talk' stage even more special.

Each member showcased their unique talents and abilities in their solo stages, which the fans eagerly anticipated. TWICE expressed their joy of singing and dancing on such a large stage with their fans (known as ONCE), thanking them for their fiery support and energy song after song. Dahyun also shared her happiness on the significant day marking her 11th year with JYP Entertainment.

At the end of the concert, a video was unveiled, stunning the audience of 50,000. It was the trailer for Jihyo's debut solo album, with her sitting confidently atop a magnificent bike and a flashy sports car. With her powerful vocals, unique stage manners, and special presence, the world's attention is concentrated on Jihyo's mini 1st album 'ZONE' and the title song 'Killin' Me Good'.

On July 9th, TWICE will wrap up their North American tour, which has covered nine cities, including Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Toronto in Canada, New York, and Atlanta. Starting in September, they will continue their largest-ever tour with performances in Singapore, London, Paris, Berlin, Bangkok, and Bulacan in the Philippines. Jihyo's debut solo album 'ZONE' and the title song 'Killin' Me Good' will be officially released on August 18th at 1 PM Korean time and midnight Eastern time.
