Boy group U-KISS, comprised of Soohyun, Hoon, Kiseop, Alexander, AJ, and Eli, has come together for a full member reunion to commemorate their 15th anniversary since debut.

According to their agency, Tango Music, U-KISS is set to release a mini album titled "PLAYLIST" on the 28th across various music sites. This new release marks their first in five years and six months since their single album "Ready for U" was released in December 2017. The album signifies a meaningful playlist dedicated to the fans who have been patiently waiting for U-KISS.

The title track "The Wonderful Escape" is a house pop genre song featuring a retro sound and an addictive rhythm, combined with a refreshing atmosphere and 2nd generation sentimentality. In addition to this, the album contains a total of five songs, including Kiseop's self-composed song "Dear Mom", and "Memories", a track reflecting the heartfelt feelings towards fans, showcasing U-KISS's unique musical color.

This comeback holds significant meaning for U-KISS. After experiencing member changes and contract termination with their previous agency, the scattered members have reunited to celebrate their 15th debut anniversary. U-KISS initially debuted as a six-member group in 2008, consisting of Alexander, Soohyun, Kibum, Eli, Kevin, and Dongho, releasing hits such as "Not Young", "Bingeul Bingeul", "Shut Up!!", and many more.

Over the active period, the group underwent numerous member changes. Kiseop joined the group in 2009. In 2011, Alexander and Kibum left the group, and new members Hoon and AJ joined. In 2013, Dongho withdrew due to health issues, and in 2014, AJ paused activities for academic pursuits, followed by Jun's addition to the group. Kevin parted ways with the group in 2017.

The original agency contract also came to an end. Eli and Kiseop left the agency in 2019, followed by Soohyun and Hoon in 2021, and Jun, who changed his stage name to Lee Jun-young, also left the agency.

However, U-KISS's legacy continued. Members Soohyun, Kiseop, and Hoon established a new nest in the budding planning company, Tango Music, last year. They are now making a comeback in celebration of their 15th debut anniversary, together with Alexander, Eli, and AJ. Despite the constant changes in membership, they've shown their strong bond and signaled the return of the '2nd generation boy group'.

U-KISS's journey will continue. The fully reformed U-KISS is set to meet their fans in Japan as well. They will hold a solo concert titled "WISH LIST", starting in Tokyo's Zepp Haneda on July 28th, and in Osaka's Zepp Namba on the 30th.
