The film 'Hwaran' kick-started its first official agenda at the Cannes Film Festival.

Director Kim Chang-hoon, along with actors Song Joong-ki, Kim Hyung-seo, Hong Sa-bin, and Jung Jae-kwang, attended the screening of the noteworthy invited film 'Hwaran' at the 76th Cannes Film Festival on the morning of the 24th (local time), held at the Debussy Theatre in Cannes, France.

The space in front of the Debussy Theatre was packed with fans eagerly awaiting the arrival of the actors. Upon their appearance, the crowd erupted in cheer, warmly welcoming them. International fans of Song Joong-ki demonstrated their enthusiasm by bringing self-made posters for autographs.

 

 

In response to fans' zeal, Song Joong-ki reciprocated with autographs and photos, even taking the time to converse with them, albeit briefly but meaningfully. Kim Hyung-seo, Hong Sa-bin, and Jung Jae-kwang also interacted with fans, offering autographs, pictures, and a shared experience as a token of appreciation.

'Hwaran' is an action noir film depicting a boy named Yeon-kyu (Hong Sa-bin), who longs to escape his hellish reality. He encounters the mid-level boss Chi-geon (Song Joong-ki) of an organization, and the film unfolds their shared journey in a precarious world.
