The drama "I Was Fooled" starring actors Park Bo-gum and IU has apologized for causing inconvenience during filming.

On April 26, a post appeared on an online community stating that they experienced discomfort due to inconsiderate filming at the Gochang Barley Field Festival. The writer, identified as A, expressed their dissatisfaction, saying, "As I was walking and taking pictures in the canola flower field, a staff member blocked me, saying it was a drama filming and that I couldn't go that way. So, I tried to take pictures of the canola flowers in the direction of the filming while taking another path, but they yelled, 'Don't take pictures.' Can't tourists take pictures in the canola flower field? The filming was done from a very far distance, but can't we take pictures of canola flowers?"

A continued, "It's not just about blocking the area near the filming, but also preventing access from the entrance. Isn't that too much? At 4 PM, when there are many tourists, they blocked the road in the middle and told people not to take pictures as if they had rented the entire place for filming. What kind of festival is this?" They added, "It's a festival for everyone to enjoy, but the actual visitors had to be mindful of the filming and left with a bad mood."

The drama in question was revealed to be "I Was Fooled" starring IU and Park Bo-gum. In response, the "I Was Fooled" team said, "We tried to minimize inconvenience during the filming process for safety and preventing spoiler leaks, but we apologize for not paying more attention to those who took their precious time to visit." They added, "We will be more careful in the filming process in the future."

Meanwhile, the drama "I Was Fooled" portrays the adventurous life of the mischievous rebel Aesoon, born in Jeju in the 1950s, and the "eight-legged iron" Gwansik, unfolding throughout the four seasons.
