Singer Verbal Jint and Brave Girls member Minyoung's dating rumors have surfaced, but it was also revealed that they have already broken up.

On April 24, a representative from Verbal Jint's agency, AOMG, told Xports News, "Verbal Jint and Minyoung dated for two years. They are now separated."

Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that Verbal Jint and Minyoung were in a relationship, citing their common ground as singers and composers as the foundation of their love. The outlet also reported, quoting an entertainment industry insider, that the couple openly expressed their affection for each other without being conscious of others' gazes.

It was also revealed that the two had worked together on each other's music projects under pseudonyms. Minyoung participated in the composition of 'Walking (Feat. Isobel Kim)' and 'Meaning of Blackening (Feat. lIlBOI)' from Verbal Jint's seventh full album 'Turning Point' under the pseudonym Ggodulami. She also featured on the tracks under the name 'Isobel Kim.'

Although they were known as a couple who overcame a ten-year age gap and nurtured their love, the fact that they had already broken up surfaced simultaneously with the dating rumors. It became an awkward situation where the dating rumor turned into a breakup rumor, and Verbal Jint and Minyoung were forced to publicly reveal their status as 'former lovers' after they had already separated.

Meanwhile, Verbal Jint released his seventh full-length album 'Turning Point' in 2021 after a six-year hiatus and is currently preparing a new album.

All members of Brave Girls, including Minyoung, ended their exclusive contracts with Brave Entertainment in February. They received love with songs such as 'Rollin',' 'We Ride,' and 'Chi Mat Ba Ram' after the reverse run of 'Rollin,' but they did not make it past the seven-year curse. Minyoung has recently been reported to be running a cafe.
