Famous girl groups and their members continue to set records. BLACKPINK's Jisoo has received worldwide acclaim for her first solo album title track "Flower," while NewJeans' song has set a new record for consecutive No.1 rankings on music charts.

According to YG Entertainment, the agency of BLACKPINK, Jisoo's "Flower," released on March 31st, climbed to No.6 on Spotify's "Daily Top Songs Global Chart." On the first day of release, the song was streamed 4.67 million times, and Jisoo's artist page on Spotify garnered over 330,000 followers. YG Entertainment analyzed it as the "highest record for a K-pop female solo artist."

"Flower" by Jisoo has received praises such as "a refreshing sound that has never been heard before" (UK's NME), "undeniably proving her capabilities as a solo artist with this album" (US Billboard), and "the world will be paying attention to Jisoo's future activities" (US Rolling Stone).

NewJeans' "Deto," released in December last year, topped the Melon Daily Chart for 99 consecutive days, from December 19th to March 27th. According to their agency Adore, this surpasses the previous record of 75 days set by idol group BTS's hit song "Dynamite" and marks the first time since the launch of Melon's music service in November 2004.

Girl group aespa will hold a solo concert at Tokyo Dome in Japan on August 5-6. Since debuting in November 2020, they will set the record for the shortest time for a foreign artist to perform at Tokyo Dome.
