The 2022 Asia Artist Awards has finally announced the official lineup for the season. It will feature some of the industry's most popular artists including IVE, WJSN, CRAVITY, and LAPILLUS.

On December 13, the Asia Artist Awards will be recognizing and celebrating recognizing artists that have made a mark in the past year. The popular awards ceremony will be featuring a roster of K-pop and Japanese idols as well as famous soloists.

The AAAs are among the most coveted year-end award shows that are accompanied by grand stage shows by popular artists. For the 2022 show, the recent addition to the lineup of performing artists includes six boy groups, four girl groups, and one soloist including ATBO, LAPILLUS, TRENDZ, Billie, LIGHTSUM, KINGDOM, TFN, CRAVITY, AleXa, VERIVERY, and Cosmic Girls CHOCOME.

Another lineup of artists was announced back in October including one soloist, one co-ed group, two girls' groups, and two boys' groups such as TEMPEST, NMIXX, NiziU, Choi Ye-na, KARD, and Pentagon. However, an unexpected announcement by JYP Entertainment about band member Jinnie leaving NMIXX has shocked fans and the group will now perform as a six-member group.

Incidentally, some of the groups like Kep1er, IVE, and NewJeans will be performing for the first time on this stage.

A follow-up gala event called the 2022 AA After Stage will take place on December 14 and Yabuki Nako and Hwang Min-Hyun will be the emcees. People are especially eager to see some of the debut performances this year.
