Aside from expecting to win in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category, Big Hit Entertainment's brightest band, BTS, is set to light up the stage like a dynamite of Grammys.

Grammys announced BTS will be performing

The official announcement of the Recording Academy of its list of performing artists comes in handy on March 7 (Sunday) local time, revealing BTS is among of the matter.

The announcement is the full lineup of performers slated to make this year's Grammy Awards more spectacular.

It is not the first time that BTS will take up the prestigious stage of Grammys, as the K-pop septet performed last year with Lil Nas X. That said, this year's performance of BTS at the Grammys will mark its time to perform alone, singing its own song.

The official lineup of performers

With no hesitations, the music industry's fans went nutty as a fruitcake when other artists were announced to be performing at the Grammys aside from BTS.

It includes Black Pumas, Bad Bunny, Brandi Carlile, Cardi B, Dohja Cat, DaBaby, Mickey Guyton, Billie Eilish, Brittany Howard, Haim, Lil Baby, and Miranda Lambert.

Also on the list are Chris Martin, Dua Lipa, Megan Thee Stallion, John Mayer, Post Malone, Maren Morris, Harry Styles, Roddy Ricch, and Taylor Swift.

The vast announcement comes after BTS was named by Billboard as the Greatest Pop Star of 2020, making the band the first Asian artist to do so.

All artists will come together hand-in-hand to give out world-class entertainment to the viewers while observing health protocols.

BTS nominated for a Grammy

BTS is aiming to win its first Grammy Award this year. As mentioned above, the band is nominated for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for its hit track Dynamite.

In 2019, BTS's Love Yourself: Tear album was nominated for Best Recording Package, but the award was credited to the album's art director and not BTS.

Meanwhile, the 2021 Grammy Awards will be broadcasted live on March 14 at precisely 8 PM ET. Check out the announcement of the Grammys here.
