BTS's worldwide hit 'Dynamite' has officially obtained a gold certification in the United Kingdom, making the boy group the first-ever K-pop group to achieve the title.

On February 6, Saturday, the British Phonographic Industry announced that 'Dynamite' has now achieved that gold BRIT certification for their track. The certification is granted when the track can sell a total of 400,00 units in the United Kingdom.

Through BRIT Awards official Twitter page, they shared a poster dedicated to BTS's 'Dynamite,' which is now a 'Gold Single' in the United Kingdom. Following its release in August 2020 as part of its fifth studio comeback album 'BE,' the track since wrote a record in the K-pop scene's music history and for BTS themselves.

BTS's 'Dynamite' also managed to get in the major category of GRAMMYs along with other Western Artists' popular tracks. BTS wrote the track to uplift the spirits and bring hope to whoever listens to it as the world faces a health crisis caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
